This architectural project, designed for Mr. S.H., envisions a luxurious private resort nestled in the unique topography of Al-Muzahmiyya Province, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Spanning over a 44,000 square meter plot, the site is characterized by its diverse natural elements, including hills, plateaus, and valleys, which provide an idyllic setting for the resort. The design of the resort masterplan reflects the client's desire for both privacy and grandeur, incorporating several key components to enhance the lifestyle experience. The central focus of the project is the main building, strategically placed at the highest point of the site, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. The building consists of two private wings, each offering a sanctuary of comfort and style, with three bedrooms, a living and dining area, and a master suite. These wings are seamlessly connected by a central hospitality area that serves as the heart of the home. The hospitality area includes a grand reception space, a 360-degree viewing deck, and separate male and female Majlis areas—private spaces for cultural gatherings, designed with respect to traditional Arabic customs. Adjacent to the Majlis, the hospitality kitchen offers professional-grade facilities, directly linked to a state-of-the-art live kitchen where culinary experiences are brought to life. In addition to the private wings and hospitality spaces, the home also features a luxurious guest suite, ensuring that visitors enjoy the same level of comfort and sophistication. The resort also accommodates essential supplementary services, including a maid’s room, an indoor gym for wellness, and a private parking area to provide both convenience and privacy for the owner.
